Anton Gschwendtner is a Bavarian local and is known for using principally regional and seasonal products for his elegant French dishes, enhanced by Asian flavours and ingredients. His haute cuisine is contemporary and modern, with a focus on sustainability.
He started his successful career at very young age in several of Germany’s most famous kitchens. He joins the restaurant from the two-starred Olivo in Stuttgart at The Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin, where he had previously worked as Chef de Cuisine. Prior to that, he was Chef de Cuisine at the one-starred Das Loft in Vienna, located within the Sofitel Vienna Stephansdom Hotel.
