Guido Braeken is a Dutch Michelin winning head chef of restaurant Julemont, located in Château Wittem.

With an impressive track record, he started as the chef of Julemont in april 2021. Only one year after his entrance at Julemont, the restaurant was awarded from zero to two Michelin stars.

 

Classic French cuisine forms the basis, but his dishes are presented in a modern and highly refined way. Chef Braeken's talent lies in the delicacy of his dishes.
