Theodore has led the kitchen of Johannesstube since 2014, and under his guidance, the restaurant was awarded a Michelin star within his first year.
Theodor grew up on a farm in South Tyrol, in the middle of nature.
Now, as a chef, each one of his dishes aims to showcase that nature at its fullest.
His culinary career led him into important chef positions in Ecuador, China, Malaysia and the United Arab Emirates. Now, back in his homeland, he is head of the kitchen of Johannesstube at the Engel Hotel and Spa in Nova Levante.
